Overview

The Commercialization Product Manager will span across our land-based EMEA Class III Game Sales and Gaming Operations product portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial EMEA & LATAM, this position will be a specialist on game performance, product knowledge, driven intel, and assisting our sales team and casino partners. Leading commercialization for our Class III products and reporting opportunities to grow our install base and increase revenue for our casino operating partners.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with key team members regarding the product pre-release and release processes to ensure all activities and dependencies are set for commercial release. (ERP, Compliance, Salesforce, Vegas Commercial teams)
  • Ensure the product is fully available for deployment (approvals, system readiness, hardware, platform configuration, signage)
  • Ability to process map workflow and make recommendations through collaboration and agreement
  • Demonstrate willingness to understand and learn various tools used to commercialize product
  • Track Class III EMEA game title and cabinet product launches across all applicable markets
  • Responsible for lifecycle management of Class III game titles and cabinets in EMEA
  • Collaborate with key team members to communicate the product lifecycle management for EMEA
  • Lead the system with regard to revokes and game software updates, updating key team members
  • Work with Vegas office to create tool sets in Power BI to support EMEA reporting requirements
  • Modify or complete Min-PDP documentation for EMEA requirements
  • Partner with different team members to ensure the timely communication of the release plan and release requirements
  • Work with the Global Product teams on product roadmaps and strategy
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Gaming product experience preferred, but not required.
  • Based in Barcelona or London
  • Proven experience in working in matrix environment and global cross collaboration teams
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong business writing skills are critical and other European language capability a plus
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and data-driven approach
  • Depth in professional analytic experience, networking, and confidence in using multiple data sources
  • Demonstrated experience in content development, creating, and presenting analytical reports
  • Solid understanding of SQL
  • Solid understanding of visualization tools: Tableau and PowerBI preferred
