We are seeking an innovative Commercialisation Manager to lead the development and implementation of a commercial strategy within our Public Protection & Integrated Enforcement Services.

Role Purpose

The Commercialisation Manager will lead commercial strategy efforts, identifying and delivering new income opportunities, partnerships, and innovative service models to support the council’s financial growth and enhance resident safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to achieve income growth across community safety, enforcement, and regulatory services.
  • Identify commercial opportunities within areas such as enforcement, CCTV, street trading, and markets.
  • Collaborate with service managers, partners, and leadership to embed a commercial culture and innovative models.
  • Lead business planning, market analysis, and service redesign initiatives for sustainable offerings.
  • Create business cases, pricing models, and performance frameworks to ensure accountability.

Benefits and Allowances

We offer a 35-hour week with flexi-time options and approximately 6 weeks paid holiday, depending on public service experience.
