Commercial WIP & Billings Manager – Salary up to £38,000 DoE – VFR3054B, Oxshott

This role is based in Oxshott, United Kingdom, and requires an EU work permit. The position is within a creative agency sector, located in Shoreditch, London, offering a hybrid work model with 1 day WFH. The role reports to the MD and Group Financial Controller.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up users and new customers on Paprika software.
• Collaborate closely with producers to monitor job statuses.
• Oversee billing processes, including creating and submitting invoices.
• Review timesheets weekly for accuracy and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain an overview of all live jobs and hours worked.
• Manage part-billing jobs with significant hours, working with producers to calculate hours and overages, and prepare client cost summaries.
• Track direct costs, ensure timely client billing, and chase payments.
• Establish new supplier accounts and maintain purchase order reports.
• Handle multi-currency exchange rate management and oversee VAT rules across countries.
• Generate reports from software as needed.
• Require previous billing/finance experience within a creative agency, with strong stakeholder communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.
