Job Opportunity: Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicle Team

VANRATH has partnered with a global car dealership and manufacturer. The organization is recruiting for a Sales Manager position to lead the Commercial Vehicle team. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have proven Sales Manager experience and will lead a team to meet and exceed all relevant KPIs, providing effective financial solutions for a range of customers by supporting and developing Business Managers. The role involves maximizing opportunities in new and used car sales and supporting products across the CMA.

Location

Mallusk, Newtownabbey

Salary

Negotiable basic + OTE earnings + Company Car + industry-leading benefits, company pension scheme, 30 days holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on new and used CV sales.
  • Maximize opportunities to provide value-added sales for customers.
  • Help the Sales team maximize profitability on all new vehicles and associated sales opportunities.
  • Provide a positive impression of the company to a diverse customer base, delivering excellent customer experiences in line with company standards.
  • Identify and meet customer needs through relationship building, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain high ethical and professional standards when working with customers to build long-term profitable relationships.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Grow and develop the Sales team in line with the company's ethos.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 2 years of management experience within the motor trade.
  • Experience in franchised car dealerships.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven success in delivering finance and insurance income within the sector.
