Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Manchester
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary: 24,000 - 25,000 basic + commission (Realistic OTE: 50,000 - 55,000)

About the Role

My client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to join our growing team in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial vehicle sales who is ready to take ownership of their role and thrive in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conducting sales negotiations and finalizing vehicle purchases.
  • Assisting with trade purchasing and merchandising of your own stock.
  • Overseeing stock management, vehicle preparation, and control processes.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling account management duties.
  • Managing advertising, vehicle prep, and service coordination efficiently.

This role requires high levels of autonomy and exceptional organizational skills, particularly in buying and merchandising vehicles. If you're super organised, self-managed, and ready to take control, this is the role for you!

What We're Looking For

  • Must have experience selling commercial vehicles.
  • Strong sales and purchasing experience within the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid UK driving license (Van preferred for practicality).

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 9 AM - 12 PM (with digital cover for the remainder of the day - responding to emails and calls).
