Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)

Working hours: 44 hours per week Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 18:00, and 1 Saturday per month 09:00 to 17:00

Previous automotive experience is preferred but not essential; all we ask is your willingness to learn and get involved. Full support and training will be provided, including access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 and our Ford dealer portal for additional brand training.

You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone, and in person. Attention to detail and administrative skills are crucial for success. A full UK driving licence is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market.

Our Commercial Sales Advisor positions are highly sought after, offering a work schedule that suits those with outside commitments while providing the potential to earn an impressive OTE of £50,000 per year.
