We require a Commercial Vehicle Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry-leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.

Key areas of responsibility will include: analysis and interpretation of sales data to develop and implement a plan to improve performance across key metrics; oversight of compliance; driving the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team; and responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets.

Successful candidates will have an excellent level of written and verbal communication, a passion for learning about new technology in a fast-moving environment, and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers. Experience at a Sales Controller or above within the automotive sector is required. Full training will be provided for the right individuals.

Requirements:

  • To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
