TLC Auto Refinishing Ltd is hiring a Commercial Vehicle Prepper for our on-site paint shop at Unit A1, Fairoaks Airport, Chobham, Surrey, GU24 8HU. We offer training and long-term career development in a busy workshop environment.

The role involves prepping vehicles for painting, masking, sanding and finishing, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. We provide a supportive team, a structured progression path, and a competitive salary up to £35,000 DOE.

• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous workshop or vehicle experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepping vehicles for painting (sanding, masking, priming).
• Carrying out filler and smoothing work.
• Removing/refitting panels, decals & signwriting.
• Keeping your workspace safe, clean and organised.
• Working independently as well as part of a team.

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm (1-hour break)
