Commercial Vehicle Manager

INEOS Automotive – Built For More

Story so far

Since we started our journey to build a no nonsense 4X4, we’ve come a long way. We’ve established INEOS Automotive as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick up, the Quartermaster.

People and Culture

Easy never changed anything. Not in manufacturing, science, engineering or energy – and certainly not elite sport. At INEOS we tackle every challenge head-on, and we help extraordinary athletes achieve extraordinary things. When it comes to making positive change, we know nothing gets done without grit, rigour and humour. Our Automotive team consists of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we’re an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.

If this sounds like you, let’s talk.

Role Overview

The Commercial Vehicle Manager will join our newly established global Fleet team and will be our subject matter expert on all aspects of INEOS Commercial Vehicles. The objective is to develop programmes and strategies in a nominated launch market, pilot them, enhance where appropriate and then modify for global deployment. Identify each major market's requirements and then embed by supporting the National Sales team.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing and implementing the INEOS Automotive Global CV strategy

  • Liaise with Marketing (Product and Communications) to ensure the products are best placed to capitalise on sales in the agreed chosen sectors
  • Provide ongoing feedback to both Engineering and the Product teams for subsequent 'running changes' or Face Lifted / new products
  • Work closely with the TCO/RV team to ensure INEOS products are TCO competitive against their basket of competitors
  • Develop affiliate programmes for both Commercial and Non-Commercial INEOS products
  • Assist with other Ad Hoc Fleet projects that require additional support to other members of the Fleet team

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record within the automotive industry (Commercial Vehicles essential)
  • Practical working experience within the used car industry and residual value knowledge
  • Commercially astute, with experience of residual value management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to perform advanced level data analysis including trending/interpolation and to build appropriate supporting argumentation
  • Ability to articulate complex matters simply
  • Collaborative cross-functional working and stakeholder management
