A leading company in vehicle fabrication is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Body Builder/Fabricator – Welder to join their team in Sandbach. You'll be responsible for constructing and installing cranes, as well as building vehicle bodies. The role requires previous welding experience and attention to detail, ensuring high quality in every task. If you enjoy working independently and in a team, this position is for you.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in welding & fabrication is essential.
• Knowledge of hydraulics would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Construction of crane sub-frames onto new & used chassis.
• Installation of new cranes on new & used chassis.
• Construction of commercial vehicle bodies from start to finish.
• Occasional repairs to used cranes/vehicles (Fabrication only).
• Carry out PDI’s on new installations.
