Responsibilities
  • Conduct outside sales visits and presentations to potential customers and dealership
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain inventory control and ensure stock levels are sufficient
  • Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide sales support by attending trade shows and events
  • Ensure customer has a positive experience
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry
  • General Commercial Van/Fleet/Sprinter knowledge preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Good work ethic and self-motivated
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
