Role Responsibilities

Our sales team is looking for a new member passionate about customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building rapport with customers to identify their needs and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Meeting sales targets and maximizing profit.
  • Exceeding customer satisfaction and promoting long-term profitability.
  • Prospecting via telephone with new and existing customers.
  • Promoting additional products like GAP, paint protection, service plans, and warranties.
  • Staying informed about current finance options, regulations, and legislation.

This role involves working five days a week on a rota, with Sundays off.

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in target-driven retail sales.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to deliver a first-class customer experience and maximize profits.
  • Enthusiasm for exceeding targets.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving license.

Previous motor industry sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided. The successful applicant must agree to a DBS check, and employment is contingent upon a satisfactory disclosure.
