Role: Commercial Valuations (Associate Partner)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £70,000- £80,000 plus bonus and benefits

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Valuer ready to take the next step in their career by developing a local portfolio while being part of a national team. My client is committed to supporting career progression, and this role offers a clear and defined path forward. Managing commercial valuations, with a strong focus on networking and developing our local portfolio whilst leading a small team of Valuers based in the Birmingham office.

Duties will include:

1. Proactively developing new business opportunities, with a proven track record of success in this region
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, private and corporate clients, and professional contacts
3. Working independently while collaborating with Valuation and other service line teams
4. Mentoring and supervising a growing team

What we need from you:

1. 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property
2. Presence in the Birmingham market, operating at a senior level
3. MRICS / FRICS qualified
4. RICS Registered Valuer (Desirable)
5. Strong ability to manage, develop, and motivate team members
6. Full driving licence
7. Excellent organisational and time management skills
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills
9. A high level of customer service awareness
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within agreed fees
