A well-established and growing property consultancy is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding team in Lincoln. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a senior role with clear progression to Partner level.

The position has arisen due to continued business growth and increasing demand for commercial valuation services. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base including private individuals, pension funds, companies, banks, and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate commercial property valuation reports
• Conduct Reinstatement Cost Assessment Appraisals
• Provide expert witness services when required
• Advise clients on development opportunities
• Undertake valuations for pension fund purposes

Candidate Profile

• MRICS or FRICS qualified
• Strong background in commercial property valuations
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Team-oriented with mentoring experience
• Local market knowledge of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas is advantageous
