Responsibilities:

• Delivering accurate and professional RICS-compliant valuations across a wide range of commercial property types
• Supporting clients, including lenders, investors, occupiers, and public sector bodies
• Handling valuations for secured lending, asset management, financial reporting, acquisition, and disposal
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activity across the region
• Staying on top of local markets trends and contributing to team insight

Skills:

• Experienced MRICS and Qualified Valuer to join General Practice
• Strong technical skills in commercial valuation, with a confident grasp of Red Book standards
• Proven ability to manage your own workload and deliver reports independently
• Someone comfortable engaging with clients and growing relationships
• Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused
• Tech savvy and open to evolving systems and processes
