Commercial Valuation Surveyor, Birmingham

Our client, an established and leading property specialist, is seeking a valuation surveyor to join their Birmingham office due to continued growth. The surveyor will provide valuation services across a high-end portfolio including roadside retail (petrol stations), garden centres, and other leisure assets. This role suits an MRICS qualified valuer with commercial experience, eager to work closely with a well-known director and assist in expanding the business sector.

The ideal candidate is chartered, has transferable commercial valuation experience, and desires career progression within the company, with potential to reach Director level.

• Job Type: Permanent
• Location: Birmingham
• Salary: Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance and Commission
• Reporting to: Director
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Start Date: ASAP (notice periods considered)
• Qualifications: MRICS required
• Experience: Commercial property valuation
• Requirements: UK driving license, good IT and grammar skills, within commuting distance of Birmingham
