Must-Have:

1. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Management, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in large-scale livestock operations or farm management.
3. Extensive expertise in managing commercial livestock facilities, including feedlot operations, breeding programs, and sheep production systems.
4. Strong understanding of animal husbandry.
5. Proficient in livestock management software and operational reporting tools.
