Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Winchester is seeking a Commercial Tyre Technician for a mobile role. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting and repairing tyres for various vehicles and providing excellent customer service. This position offers an OTE of £40,000 - £60,000, an uncapped bonus scheme, and various employee benefits including discounts and pension plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres for various vehicles roadside and in depot.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

Compensation

• £40,000 - £60,000 OTE (comprising of salary, bonus, overtime & callout rates)


• Uncapped bonus scheme, including Overtime & Call-out rates


• Mobile role – Van, Tools & PPE provided


• Monday to Saturday, 12:00 finish on Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside & in depot


• Provide an exceptional customer service experience


• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets

Skills & Experience

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside


• Possess a full, current driving licence


• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent


• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar


• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment
