Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services is seeking a Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitter to advance your career. This mobile role covers tyre fitting across car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover fleets, with a Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 schedule and Saturday 08:00–12:00.

You will join the UK's largest Commercial Vehicle Tyre service provider and benefit from an uncapped bonus scheme, overtime and callout rates, plus discounts, pension and health plans.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Possess a full, current driving licence RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover roadside & in depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.
