Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Vehicle Tyre Fitter for a mobile role across the UK. Earn £40k–£60k OTE with uncapped bonuses, overtime and callout rates. Benefits include discounts, pension, health plan and more.

The role covers tyre fit/repair for various vehicles and requires a strong focus on customer service and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Possess a full, current driving licence.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside & in depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.

• £40,000 - £60,000 OTE (comprising of salary, bonus, overtime & callout rates)

• Mobile role – Van, Tools & PPE provided
• Monday to Friday 08.00 – 17.00, Saturday 08.00 – 12.00

Skills & Experience:

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside
• Possess a full, current driving licence
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.
