Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services is hiring a Commercial Tyre Technician in Bilston. This full-time role covers roadside and depot tyre fitting for cars, vans, trucks and more, with a focus on excellent customer service and accurate paperwork.

You will operate with company vehicle, tools and PPE provided, within a nationwide service network. Expect a salary in the £40,000–£60,000 range with an uncapped bonus scheme, overtime and callout rates.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Full, current driving licence.
• RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover – roadside & in depot
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.
