A national tyre service provider in Swansea is seeking a Commercial Tyre Technician to fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets. The ideal candidate will have experience in tyre maintenance and a strong commitment to health and safety. This full-time position offers a salary of £36,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £41,000 including bonuses. Additional benefits include 28 days of holiday, pension scheme, and health cover.

Overview

Commercial Tyre Technician — £36,000 per annum (OTE up to £41,000 with bonus & call outs depending on experience and qualifications). Full time, permanent. 44 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on-site service.
  • Carry out fleet inspections and service work.
  • Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Manage stock effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with depot colleagues to support customers.
  • Participate in on-call rota and flexible working patterns as required.
