Job summary

TruckForce is seeking a Commercial Tyre Fitter to service fleets across Coleshill & Tamworth and other UK locations. You will fit tyres and perform maintenance on customer sites, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You’ll complete job cards, attend roadside calls day or night, and work with a team while following health and safety guidelines. Full training and a company van are provided.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in tyre fitting is desirable, but not essential.
• Interest in developing a career in tyre fitting with strong customer service focus.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Confident using tablets or computers.
• Strong communication skills with customer interaction experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organised, proactive and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional tyre fitting and maintenance services to customers.
• Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns, day or night.
• Complete job cards, fleet inspections and documentation.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment to a high standard of care and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver professional tyre fitting and maintenance services to customers in line with service level agreements.

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised qualification in tyre fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach or Roadside Breakdown) is desirable, but not essential.
• Interest in developing a career in tyre fitting, with a strong focus on customer service (full training provided).
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Confidence using digital tools such as tablets or computers.
• Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.

Important Information:

• Full-time, permanent role with opportunities across multiple UK locations.
• Overtime, Callouts and Weekend Work may be required.
• Full training provided, including a City & Guilds qualification.
• Competitive salary (£30,000 - £35,000 OTE).
