Job summary

Truckforce is recruiting for a Trainee & Qualified Commercial Tyre Fitter in Dudley to fit tyres and perform maintenance at customer sites and during roadside calls. You will complete job cards, inspections, and documentation with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional tyre fitting and maintenance services to customers on site or roadside.
• Attend customer sites and roadside breakdowns, providing timely support (day or night).

• Maintain company vehicles and equipment to high safety standards.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• A recognised qualification in tyre fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach or Roadside Breakdown) is desirable, but not essential.
• Interest in developing a career in tyre fitting, with a strong focus on customer service (full training provided).
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Confidence using digital tools such as tablets or computers.
• Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Well-organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.

Important Information:

• Full-time, permanent role with opportunities across multiple UK locations.
• Overtime, Callouts and Weekend Work may be required.
• Full training provided, including a City & Guilds qualification.
• Competitive salary (£30,000 - £35,000 OTE).
