Join our team and you’ll be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Sales & Service (including Customer Success) training programmes. Working in the Commercial Enablement department, you will collaborate with external training content providers and internal stakeholders to ensure the Sales & Service teams have the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence to maintain a high-performance culture. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and oversee delivery of training programmes that enhance Sales and Service effectiveness across all Go To Market roles.
  • Implement effective training programs to improve employees' skills, productivity, and quality of work.
  • Partner with external training providers to align content with our commercial strategy and business needs.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training pathways for new and existing sales employees.
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a commercial training, sales enablement, or learning and development role within a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong experience working with or managing external training providers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective training solutions.
  • A passion for developing people and driving performance through learning.
