Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy training programs, both digital and in-person, based on research and needs analysis.
- Design bespoke training solutions focused on customer-centric approaches, linking impact measurement to business performance and customer experience data such as TNA’s, HCX, NCBS, etc.
- Implement and monitor all commercial Brand Immersion, Customer, and Aftersales training programs for the retailer network, HMUK personnel, and partners. Develop onboarding programs for managers.
- Lead the delivery of online and face-to-face training, including creating video assets from scripting to launch.
- Assess training needs across the network by collaborating with HMUK teams, affiliate partners, and analyzing data.
- Engage with internal teams and partners to understand needs and feedback, providing effective solutions.
- Report on training effectiveness, linking to business objectives and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with HMUK teams to communicate and promote training activities to maximize engagement and compliance.
- Gather feedback from retailers and internal teams to optimize training platforms and content.
- Stay updated on training methods and technologies; innovate using best solutions.
- Support the design and delivery of product events and launches, ensuring knowledge transfer and measuring understanding.
- Participate in relevant courses and meetings.
- Visit retailers and partners to promote training standards.
- Assist the Hyundai Training Administration team as needed.
- Manage partner relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure value for money.
- Oversee training budgets, reconciliations, and approvals.
- Provide reports and insights as required.
- Design and deploy management accreditation programs for onboarding and continuous improvement.
- Align training activities with business metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Identify and implement specialist agency solutions for targeted training enhancements.
- Develop communication strategies and online clinics to boost engagement and operational effectiveness.
