Commercial Tech/TMT Senior Lawyer – 3-7 PQE

Rare opportunity with one of the City's premier Commercial Tech teams. We work closely with this Global Law Firm and have been asked to support this tech teams growth and hiring efforts. The firm are modern, innovative and put their employees first - this is a top-class environment looking for the best talent on the London legal market.

Primarily, we require strong technical ability within drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts - this may be technology, outsourcing, supply chain, some corporate transactional etc. Having compliance advice/regulatory experience is also ideal too but not absolutely essential.

Required:

• England & Wales qualified with 3-7PQE
• Training from a leading law firm (Top UK or US law firm)
• A range of commercial contractsexperience would be desirable(commercial, tech, data privacy and corporate support all relevant but you don't need everything)

Remuneration - £175,000-£220,000+ (DOE - happy to discuss a guide further) + Bonus + Benefits
