A leading financial institution is looking to hire a commercial contract lawyer with a background in technology and financial services.

This is a 9 to 12 month contract starting in August / September and will be on a hybrid working arrangement.

The client is looking for a candidate that can:

  • Advise on commercial contracts within the tech law space, data protection, and other associated areas.
  • Advise on third-party supplier contracts for the provision of goods, services, and products.
  • Have knowledge of and be able to advise on regulatory components of third-party supplier contracts, e.g., GDPR, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines, DORA, bank resolution planning requirements.
  • Be experienced in implementing technology projects, including AI and AI developments, and cloud computing.
  • Advise on third-party supplier contract negotiations and matters impacting a financial institution, including professional services/consultancy agreements, tech law contracts, and contracts for physical products.
