Job summary

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking a Commercial Systems Lead to drive the delivery of enterprise solutions for the Commercial workstream within Project Falcon. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs, coordinating across SAP ECC, Salesforce and partner teams to ensure robust governance and successful go-live execution.

Hybrid role with 2 days on-site near Mountsorrel, Loughborough, UK.

Qualifications

Experience leading systems delivery within Commercial, Customer, Sales, Pricing, Order Management or related domains.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery roadmaps.
Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, data flows and system interfaces.
Experience coordinating suppliers, system integrators, developers, analysts and technical specialists.
Structured governance, traceability, risk management and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Lead stream-level solution delivery for the Commercial workstream, ensuring delivery aligns with programme standards.
Translate approved Commercial requirements into functional specs, designs and delivery plans.
Coordinate configuration, development and integration across internal teams and partners.
Define interfaces across SAP ECC, Salesforce and other critical systems.
Facilitate solution workshops and manage testing activities across multiple phases.
Produce high-quality technical documentation and support artefacts.
