Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor in the West Midlands. The role covers full lifecycle commercial activities, including procurement, measurement and valuation, contract management and cost control across multiple projects.

You will engage with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to drive value and ensure robust commercial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong construction commercial knowledge, exposure to NEC contracts is advantageous, and will work

• Support the delivery of health and safety standards through regular reviews and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimise procurement and project performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Contribute to the development and performance of the wider commercial team.

• Experience building effective relationships with clients, consultants, design teams and supply chain partners.
• A proactive, collaborative and solution-focused approach.
• Exposure to NEC contracts would be advantageous.
