• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues quickly, provide clear communication, and keep customers informed
• Maintain high-quality data within business systems and reports to support effective decision-making and compliance requirements
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage digital tools, including Salesforce, SAP, and AI-enabled solutions, to improve efficiency and service quality

• Experience in a customer-facing, customer service, or commercial support role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems and digital tools
• Experience using, or an interest in learning, tools such as Salesforce and SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
