Job summary

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a highly organised Executive to support the Commercial Strategy & Insights team. You will help create and maintain Partnership Rights Outlines and Commercial Offer Sheets, ensuring accurate, consistently presented information across Sales, Design, Marketing and Partnership Management.

You will collaborate with a fast‑paced team, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and contribute to the commercial documentation and presentations with a service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach.
• Willingness to learn and ask questions when required.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and maintenance of Partnership Rights Outlines (PROs), Commercial Offer Sheets (COS) and the commercial inventory.
• Coordinate across Sales, Design, Marketing and Partnership Management to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in day‑to‑day handling of commercial documentation and presentations.
