Job summary

Alpine F1 Team in the United Kingdom is seeking a Partner Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of sponsorship programmes, ensuring contracts are fulfilled and partners receive an exceptional experience. You will help deliver activation and hospitality initiatives across a growing portfolio of commercial partnerships.

The role requires strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced Formula 1

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, sponsorship, commercial operations, events, account management or a similar field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in sponsorship activation.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience within Formula 1 is desirable, but transferable from sport, entertainment, events, media or other commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partner Management team in the day-to-day delivery of partnership programmes, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled.
• Coordinate activation and delivery of sponsorship rights across a portfolio of partners.
• Manage partner communications and respond to day-to-day requests.
• Support delivery of hospitality programmes, events and engagement activities throughout the season.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials and partnership documentation.
• Maintain entitlement trackers, activation plans and partnership records.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Help create memorable experiences that enhance partner satisfaction and long-term relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• As a Partner Executive, you'll support the Partner Management team in the day-to-day delivery of partnership programmes, ensuring contractual commitments are fulfilled and partners receive an exceptional experience.

• Supporting the activation and delivery of sponsorship rights across a portfolio of technical, business and lifestyle partners
• Coordinating partner communications and responding to day-to-day requests
• Supporting the delivery of hospitality programmes, events and engagement activities throughout the season
• Preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials and partnership documentation
• Maintaining entitlement trackers, activation plans and partnership records
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partner requirements are delivered accurately and on time
• Helping to create memorable experiences that enhance partner satisfaction and long-term relationship
