How you’ll do it
You will develop innovative and sector-leading commercial strategies centered on placemaking, ensuring they are realistic and achievable, while aiming to create vibrant, coherent, and desirable places. You will oversee the letting and sale of commercial units in existing and new developments, develop strategies that complement residential uses, and maximize asset value. You will manage complex sites and develop exit strategies as needed. Ensuring our commercial spaces meet market expectations to attract and retain high-quality tenants, you will maintain and increase property values. Additionally, you will represent NHG externally, fostering successful relationships to enhance our reputation and sector influence.
