Job summary

Genuit Group, via ADEY, seeks a Commercial Specification Manager for the South of England. You will drive specification sales with M&E consultants, specifiers, and design engineers, promoting ADEY Commercial products from design to installation.

You will deliver CPD sessions, train teams, and collaborate with sales and technical staff to ensure projects meet specifications. A full UK driving licence and regional market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: proven experience in specification sales within commercial HVAC, water treatment, or building services.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial heating systems and water quality.
• Ability to create non-breakable specifications and influence plant room design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to train consultants and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with M&E consultants, specifiers, and design engineers in the region.
• Secure specification of ADEY Commercial products in new build and retrofit projects.
• Deliver CPD presentations and technical training to consultants and design teams.
• Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support project delivery and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting on specification activity and project status.
