Contract Type: 6-Month FTC (Full Time, 37 hours/week)

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with telecoms vendors while developing commercial and operational knowledgeWhat You’ll Be DoingYou'll support our Vendor Managers in managing supplier relationships and ensuring commercial accuracy, including:

  • Reconciling telecoms services billed vs. actual usage
  • Auditing vendor invoices, internal systems, and supplier inventories
  • Liaising with Vendors to close out any queries in relation to invoices or inventory
  • Supporting budget management and ensuring appropriate spend
  • Monitoring renewal dates and ensuring contract alignment with customers
  • Advising internal teams on cost control and PO values
  • Identifying opportunities for cost avoidance and process efficiency
What You'll Bring
