At EGGER, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding products and services to our customers. Our Commercial Services team plays a key role in supporting this success — working closely with internal and external stakeholders across the UK and Europe to drive growth, streamline processes, and support commercial decision-making.

We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Commercial Services Specialist to join our team in Hexham. If you're looking for a varied role that combines strategic thinking, collaboration, and project involvement — this could be your next career move.

  • As Commercial Services Specialist, you’ll act as a facilitator between sales, customer service, and internal departments, ensuring our commercial operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will:
  • Provide key support to Sales teams to help develop and secure business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing and documentation both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with teams across Europe on commercial topics and support training for the EGGER Decorative Collection.
  • Manage customer pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the growth of our decorative product sales, with a focus on added-value materials.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to internal processes and ways of working.
  • Provide analysis of data to the sales team and senior management in order to monitor and enhance sales performance, as well as for use in customer review meetings.
  • Handle a wide range of queries from both internal and external contacts.
  • Work on cross-functional projects alongside the Commercial Services Manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • A 2:1 degree in Business, Commercial or Marketing is preferred but not essential — relevant experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in a commercial, sales support, or similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a confident and personable manner.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Why EGGER?

EGGER is a family-owned business with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and career development. Joining us means you’ll be part of a collaborative team, working on exciting projects and building relationships across the business — locally and internationally.
