Commercial Solicitor - Swindon

We are looking for an associate commercial solicitor to join this forward-thinking, large regional firm in their successful commercial team in Swindon. This commercial team works across interesting sectors including manufacturing, FMCG, defence, and aerospace.

This commercial team seeks a commercial solicitor with experience in commercial law.

As the successful commercial solicitor, you'll be working on a busy commercial caseload, which includes:

1. Drafting and reviewing IT contracts
2. Managing franchise agreements
3. General commercial contracts
4. IP licensing matters
