Commercial IP & Technology Lawyer – Senior Associate/Director (12-month FTC) – Leeds

We're working with a leading international law firm looking to hire a Senior Associate or Director-level commercial lawyer to join their IP & Technology team in Leeds on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role involves a mix of commercial contracts, M&A support, data privacy, and ideally some exposure to consumer law or technology agreements. You'll be part of a small, collaborative team in Leeds, working closely with colleagues across the UK and globally.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years' PQE, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead on matters with confidence. This is a great opportunity for someone in private practice or returning from an in-house role.
