Job description

Award-winning law firm has an opening for a corporate/commercial solicitor to assist with an increasing number of transactions. You will work with clients both large and small on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, sale and purchase agreements, corporate governance, business start-ups, and MBOs, amongst other areas.

This client has offices across the east coast, offering a number of location options. Candidates with approximately 2 years PQE+ are preferred.
