Qualifications

• Around 3 PQE+ in commercial law and related areas.
• Experience drafting and negotiating data protection warranties and disclosures.
• Exposure to SaaS, goods & services and agency & distribution agreements.

Responsibilities

• Work on a full range of commercial matters including data protection, technology and IT.
• Review and negotiate data protection provisions within transaction documents.
• Draft and review SaaS agreements and related commercial contracts.
