Commercial Solicitor (Contracts, Technology & Energy) – Belfast
We are working with a top-tier commercial firm in Belfast that is seeking to appoint a talented solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its expanding Commercial team, with a focus on Technology, Contracts, and Energy.
This opportunity offers a dynamic blend of high-level commercial contract work alongside cutting-edge legal issues in the tech and energy sectors. You’ll join a team that is genuinely at the forefront of these specialisms in Northern Ireland, advising on some of the most significant and high-value transactions in the jurisdiction.
The role spans two key areas:
Contracts & Technology: Advising a wide range of clients – from global tech businesses to innovative start-ups – on general commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, and emerging areas such as AI and cyber security.
Energy & Regulation: Working as part of a cross-departmental team on regulatory and commercial contracts within the energy sector, including renewables, infrastructure, and sustainability-driven projects.
