Job description

Tremendous opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer with at least 5 Years' PQE to join this niche commercial practice and work for household name clients whilst dealing with high quality work in a modern and forward thinking work environment. You will be afforded the opportunity to work on a hybrid working basis and work flexible hours.

The work is all commercial and includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements to include: confidentiality, supply, distribution, NDA’s, JV’s, purchase, agency, franchise, IT outsourcing, licensing and finance contracts. You will need to have a solid foundation in commercial contracts / commercial work and a background within a commercial law firm, public sector department or in-house legal department.


Great package includes a basic salary from £60,000 - £90,000, flexible start and finish times. Other benefits include private healthcare, generous holiday allowance, hybrid working, bonus scheme and ongoing professional development.
