Commercial Solicitor | 4PQE+ | Range of Quality Matters | Real Progression Potential
I’m looking to speak with experienced Commercial Solicitors interested in a unique opportunity to join a team that combines the professionalism and depth of a well-regarded firm with the personable, client-centred ethos of a close-knit community practice.
Based in the heart of Wiltshire, the firm provides the kind of work-life balance increasingly valued in the profession. The rural setting and strong sense of community are ideal for solicitors seeking meaningful client relationships, continuity of instruction, and the ability to see the real impact of their work. This is something you may not find as much with the more transactional and impersonal approach sometimes found in larger, city firms.
The firm's scale and culture likely allow for greater input into firm direction, business development, and client strategy; attractive to mid-career solicitors or those considering a shift toward partnership or ownership in the future.
I'm keen to connect with individuals who have a strong background in commercial transactions, ideally with knowledge of charities and business disputes. This position covers a varied caseload of company and commercial matters, such as business acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, private equity and investment agreements, shareholder arrangements and disputes, restructuring share capital, implementing employee incentive plans, supporting business start-ups and succession planning.
To apply for this position, please send an updated CV to mohamed.hamza@qedlegal.com. For more information, reach out on 07300 236070.
