Skills:

• Qualified solicitor in the United Kingdom, with a valid practicing certificate
• Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong knowledge and experience in commercial law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

This is to work on a hybrid based with the office based in Perthshire and within easy reach of Perth
