Recent Projects

• Advising a major cruise company on vessel repair and refit contracts
• Overseeing the corporate restructure of a large passenger ferry business
• Managing the decommissioning and recycling of an oil rig for a top international oil company

Required Experience

• Ownership structures and sale and purchase agreements
• Charter contracts, operation, repair, and refit agreements
• Recycling and reconditioning contracts
• Contracts for offshore projects, including wind turbines and oil rigs
