mlr legal recruitment is seeking a driven Commercial Solicitor to join a growing legal team in Lancashire. You will handle a varied caseload focusing on business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts and related property matters, from instruction through to completion.

You will draft and negotiate key documents, build long‑term client relationships and contribute to a supportive, expanding practice. The role offers a real chance to own your work and advance within a friendly firm.

Qualifications

• Solid background in commercial law.
• Experience in business sales/acquisitions and commercial contracts.
• Commercial property experience is advantageous.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Confident managing a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Managing transactions end-to-end.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join a growing legal team and take responsibility for a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role

You will advise clients on a broad range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on:

• Business sales and acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• General corporate work
• Property aspects of commercial transactions (advantageous)

You'll manage transactions from instruction through to completion, draft and negotiate key documentation, and build strong, long-term client relationships.
