Commercial Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Legal 100 law firm in Bristol in the Commercial/IT team. As a solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE, you will be part of a team working onhigh-profile, high-value commercial/ ICT projects, outsourcing arrangements, and general commercial contracts.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
• Interest in IT or technology law with a strong desire to further develop expertise
• Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other disciplines

What you will do:

• Advise a variety of public and private sector clients
• Be part of a major outsourcing program
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Manage commercial transactional projects
