Commercial Associate / Senior Associate Solicitor
Bristol

An opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Legal 100 law firm advising on complex, high-profile matters in the public sector.

The role

You’ll advise on a wide range of commercial matters, including:

• Structuring and negotiating joint ventures, collaborations and service agreements
• Supporting NHS bodies, central government and local authorities on procurement strategies and processes
• Drafting and advising on outsourcing, insourcing and shared service arrangements
• Advising on commercialisation projects, from innovative AI platforms to new medical devices
• Working with health and social care providers on business-to-business and consumer contracts

What experience is desired?

• Experience advising on commercial contracts
• Understanding of public procurement law
• Confidence in building relationships and advising clients directly
• Supporting junior team members
