About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Commercial & Social Media Lead to oversee an exciting summer project. This hands-on role involves managing the operations of a seasonal pop-up store in Mallorca, creating engaging social media content, and handling eCommerce fulfilment in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations of a Mallorca pop-up retail store (remotely and in-person).
• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage customer support and fulfilment for the online store, including Amazon.
• Monitor campaign performance, track engagement, and support seasonal marketing activities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in retail operations, project coordination, or brand campaign delivery.
• Confident content creator with a keen eye for digital trends.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Experience with Amazon/eCommerce fulfilment or direct-to-consumer platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to Mallorca; Spanish language skills are a bonus.
